We are the community’s partner for providing medications for drug and alcohol addiction. Treatment works and recovery is possible! Our recovery program includes assessments, medication, private consultations, therapy, and peer support.
Emergency Dental Services
Our Urgent Dental Clinic is open for WALK-IN dental emergencies Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.. Dental emergencies include dental pain, toothaches, or dental infection.
Pediatrics
We are dedicated to partner with you to ensure your children are healthy and happy! We see all ages - infants, children and teens. At our clinic your child can see a dentist and a medical provider all at one place! We are here to ensure your children receive quality dental preventive care, well-child exams, sports physicals, immunizations, injuries and illness.
Pediatric and Adult Oral Surgery
Our surgery team performs procedures for patients of all ages that require IV sedation or general anesthesia. We are sensitive to the patient (and parent!) needs and look forward to providing a stress-free wisdom teeth removal experience!
Patient Centered Medical Home
Comprehensive care management through care coordination, health promotion, comprehensive transitional care including follow-up from inpatient, ER, other settings, patient and family support, and referrals to community and support services.
Walk-In Medical Care
Rolla Family Clinic has joined forces with Four Rivers and moved the walk-in clinic to 1081 E. 18th Street in Rolla. With over 20 years of experience, our acute care-trained team is prepared to care for your medical needs, making it an affordable alternative to the ER.
Smile Bus
To keep those smiles shining children see a dentist twice a year! Our dental team takes pride in creating beautiful smiles for our local area students. The mobile dental unit provides school-based care at the school giving students access to dental care that they might not be able to receive.
